Unloading valve
Unloading valve and LS (load sensing system) bypass valve failure. Unloading valve is located in the main control valve, and its role is when the control lever is in neutral position, the hydraulic oil pump is not necessary because the main actuator without action from the main relief valve pressure relief, but through the unloading valve pressure unloading return tank, so that the pump does not need to output high pressure oil under no load conditions to avoid unnecessary waste. In the C type steel equipment in normal operation, PLS (load sensing pressure) pressure is always slightly smaller than the main pump pressure P0, coupled with the valve at the bottom of the elastic force of the spring balance and P0, the unloading valve is closed; the handle in neutral, PLS pressure is 0, when the main pump pressure P0 open valve, the main pump pressure oil back to tank unloading. A common fault is PLS low pressure relief valve, causing insufficient pressure, the unloading valve in the machine is working normally in a semi open or open state, the main oil pump pressure of all or part of the unloading system, resulting in slow and weak. The cause of the low pressure on the PLS, LS bypass valve is common fault.
LS bypass valve is to increase the flexibility of the operation to prevent the rapid change in PLS oil pressure caused by the rapid changes in the main pump flow. With the LS bypass valve, when the PLS oil pressure changes rapidly, PLS oil is LS bypass valve on the throttle hole slightly leaked part of the flow into the tank, thus reducing the PLS pressure. LS in bypass valve body 0 has an upper sealing ring to protect the C type steel unloading valve has a simple solution: hot car engine high speed rotation handle to full stroke, to machine movement and in the overflow condition.
